Born and raised in Liverpool, Merseyside, Victoria Tiplady is a fully-trained freelance makeup artist, specialising in fashion makeup.
After attending stage school in Liverpool, Victoria went on study Haute Fashion and Couture Makeup at the acclaimed London College of Fashion, which is the only college in the UK that specialises in fashion education, research and consultancy. Victoria is also trained in Theatrical and Special Effects makeup.
Since graduating from LCF in 2006, Victoria has been working as a freelance makeup artist for the fashion world. From fashion shows to photoshoots, Victoria has already travelled the world working for clients including Blue Poppy Couture, Mission Models and Clinique.
Victoria has a lifelong passion for fashion and makeup, and loves to work with new people. Splitting her time between London and Liverpool, and providing her makeup services throughout the UK, Victoria mainly works in the fashion industry, including in London's fashion district. However, she is also available as a makeup artist for film and television, as well as providing wedding makeup services in London, Liverpool and beyond.
